    Unethical Behavior Reporting System

    To firmly establish ethical Company Culture through the prevention of unethical acts,
    Vessel implements an exemption system for reporting unethical acts and self-reporting persons as follows

    • Report

      The act of executives and employees receiving bribes or treats from stakeholders in connection with their duties

      The act of executives and employees gaining unfair profits by
      using their positions or cause damage to the company by fraudulent means or intentions

    • Protection of Reporter Identity

      Prohibition of detection of the reporter`s status

      Prohibition of disclosure of the reporter or cooperator`s status without consent

      Punishment of people related to the violation of those reporter protection rules

      No disadvantages to the reporter

      Report Reception : Auditor of Vessel

    • Report Target

      Any corruption or illegality related to the company/employee

      Suggestion for improving company operations

      Violations related to fair trade such as subcontracting

      Report any sexual harassment

    • Report methods and processing procedures

      Details of the report should not be disclosed [however, good stories, requests for improvement, sugetions, etc could be disclosed.

      Reporter should write their real names[secret, using password]

      The details of the report shall be written in 5W1H

      Any corruption or illegality of employee could be reported by phone
